The EcoViva Store is located on a secure server. When you submit any personal information on the shopping cart,
including your credit card information, the secure server software (SSL) encrypts all the information before it is sent to us, protecting it against unauthorized access.
The secure server access implemented on this site uses Netscape’s SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security features. You do not need to be using a Netscape Web browser for your information to be sent securely. Most of the current browsers support SSL technology.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee / Return Policy
Here at EcoViva, we want you to be satisfied with the quality and performance of all the products we offer. Furthermore, we guarantee all our products to be free of defects. Please e-mail or call us immediately (within 48 hours) if you receive a damaged or defective item.
If you are ever not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, please e-mail or call us within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will either resolve your problem or give you a Return Authorization # to use to send the product back to us for an exchange or a refund, unless it falls under one of the categories below. We suggest that you insure your returns as EcoViva
is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit from you back to us. Please keep all your shipping materials for reference.
Please note, shipping charges are not refundable, however, EcoViva will pay for shipping of replacement item(s). Please note, also, that items must be returned in a re-sellable condition, when feasible. For items that you use up, like personal care, cleaning products, coconut oil, honey products, etc., our guarantee only applies to the smallest size we carry. If you order the smallest size, and you don’t like it, you still must call us to get a return authorization # before shipping back the remaining amount to us.
IQ Air Purifier Units have a 20% restocking fee if returned opened. Aller Air Purifier Units have a 25% restocking fee if returned opened.

3. Order Processing
We process orders as we receive them Monday through Friday, except on holidays. We normally ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order. We will notify you by e-mail if there is anything that will take longer than normal. If you order with Priority Shipping, we will expedite the processing of your order. Any questions? 4. Shipping Charges
Although many companies add arbitrary shipping and handling charges to your online order, we have chosen to simply pass on our shipping costs to you, as closely as we can. All items are currently shipped UPS or USPS Priority, and before you complete your order, you will know exactly how much your shipping costs will be.
5. Small Orders
For the moment, we accept orders of all sizes. However, you will notice that if you order a larger amount, such as $30 - $50, your shipping costs per item will often decrease significantly.
6. International
We currently ship only to the U.S. and Canada.
7. Sales Tax - Utah
All orders shipped to Utah will
have sales tax added to the total. The rate depends on which county you live in.
8. Methods of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. If you must pay by check or money order, please e-mail or phone in your order. Please note that this will delay shipment until the personal check clears. We can only accept checks drawn on US Banks in US funds.
9. Errors and Omissions
Although here at EcoViva, we take much pride in doing things right the first time, we occasionally make mistakes. In cases of errors or omissions, we reserve the right to ship the correct product, and/or correct our pricing
errors. We will, of course notify you before shipping if this happens.
10. EcoViva Privacy Policy
We know that your privacy is important to you, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date and phone number. This allows us to process and complete your order as well as to communicate with you about the status of your order or any problems we may have.
