Their honey has never been heated or filtered, and thus retains beneficial traces of pollen, propolis, and beeswax. This honey contains healthful minerals, vitamins, enzymes, amino acids, and carbohydrates. Within a month or so after the fall harvest, this natural honey will begin to crystallize. To soften or reliquify this or any honey, place it in a warm place or in warm water.
Most honey that is currently sold is heated and filtered, which keeps it in the liquid form for 6 – 12 months. This process slows down the natural crystallization of honey and also strips the honey of much of its nutritional value.

Honey Gardens Wild Cherry Syrup
This wild cherry syrup is pure plant medicine.
It contains organic and wildcrafted herbs that have traditionally been used to ease coughs and congestion.
